  50% payment upon booking, 50% balance 15 days before arrival

  80% refund of the rental price if you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, 50% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival

  In addition to city-tax, the prices include all consumption costs, bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, hair dryer, spices.
