In memoriam: Paolo Salvati, the original owner and brother of the architect, and his dear wife Margherita were good family friends (my wife in Salo). We spent many wonderful hours and parties together. Great to see that this 70s pearl is received with so much love.

As interior designers and architects, we were of course particularly pleased to have this opportunity. The photos kept all promises. It was a pleasure and inspiration to live here. With the furnishings you designed, you have succeeded wonderfully in underlining the cheerful atmosphere of the house. Casa Salvati — a dream in yellow and blue. We had wonderful summer days in this exceptional villa and felt transported back to the bright 70s without sacrificing the comfort of the 2020s. Despite the many original furnishings, the house is in very good condition and well thought out for the Dolce Vita that you are looking for in this area. With enough distance from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda but close enough to quickly cool off in the wonderful water or to satisfy the desire for people and strolling around, Casa Salvati is perfectly located. In particular, we would like to highlight the great tips from our hosts. Thanks to their generous information, we have discovered many secret addresses, including a wonderful and very affordable private beach.

We stayed for a week in the beautiful Casa Salvati and enjoyed every bit of it! The beautiful garden, landscape, and off course the house itself. A beautiful modernistic 70ties design with a joyful Italian twist. The owners furnished and decorated the house nicely. We loved having our espresso in the garden with stunning views towards the lake and the mountains. For our family it was the perfect starting point for enjoying lake Garda, visiting Venice, and making an adventurous bicycle tour, and much more. We would like to thank our hosts for their friendly and warm hospitality!

Our week at Casa Salvati was simply wonderful! It was wonderfully relaxed without WiFi and television, just the music from the record player and the fire in the fireplace. Even our son endured being offline and even found it “pretty good.” A great house with the perfect floor plan, the built-in furniture from the 70s of amazing quality and everything new was a perfect fit. And we were very pleased with the working heating system on cool April evenings. Communication with the nice landlords also worked great. Mille grazie for the delicious Easter Colomba and the many nice tips! An all-round successful house! We had a lot of fun living in it!

ABBA, Pril Flower, Saturday Night Fever — the 70s gave us a treasure trove of colorful joie de vivre. The house captures the spirit of the time with details such as the round window, which offers new views of the same trees over the course of the day, or the staircase, which saves space on the inside and is a yellow eye-catcher on the outside. The new owners have left what is possible — and thus allow the joy of precise furniture making and colorful checkerboard tiles. The furniture from the present time is tastefully and harmoniously selected. So it's fun to live in the house instead of just using it and we're thankful that we had the opportunity to live there for a week like this.

Our fall vacation in 2022 on Lake Garda was now a few months ago — However, the memories of this are still very vivid and have saved us over the cold winter, as it were. Casa Salvati has captivated us right from the start. A beautiful, architecturally interesting and inspiring house, built in classic modern style, very well maintained, furnished with selected, suitable furniture, in the midst of the wonderful green landscape. Since we also love to cook ourselves, we were immediately impressed by the spacious kitchen. The easy contact with the friendly landlords convinced us in the same way. Thank you Mr and Mrs Grau! Thank you for the fine culinary welcome. In particular, the extraordinarily tasty jam with fruit from the garden was terrific, for which we would like to thank the equally friendly “gardener” very much. Thank you so much:).

Dear Grau family, Thank you for your hospitality at total work of art Casa Salvati. Everything was very uncomplicated and was a pleasant contact! We really enjoyed our week despite the mixed good weather. The table tennis table in the garden has played its part. The house itself, the location and the entire ambiance can only be described as unique. It was a great pleasure for us to live here for a week and it would take more than a short comment to comprehensively describe the impressions. In any case, Casa Salvati radiates a great sense of lightness and zest for life and that has also been transferred to us, we spent an extremely wonderful time here.
